Returns and Refunds on Art
Seeing as this store is currently print to order, refunds and other scenarios will be handled on a case by case basis.
If an art order arrives physically damaged, in poor quality, or you’ve received the wrong item…
Please submit a contact form with a picture of the physically damaged or misprinted/misshipped item, your order number, customer name, and the email you entered upon purchase within 30 days of receiving your order and a replacement of the correct item will be shipped to you as soon as is feasible!
If you’d like to make a return or request a refund regarding an art order for any other reason…
This will be handled on a case by case basis, but as everything is print to order as of right now, it is not guaranteed a refund will be issued without a valid reason provided. You may wish to double check your order and make sure you’re purchasing what you intended to purchase before completing your order, just in case!
In most cases, returns will not be available as an option, but exceptions may be made. You can submit a contact form to check on this if you really insist on a return for any reason.

Returns and Refunds
You can request a refund through the contact form. Returns and refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.
You have 30 days to return your crystal(s) once they’ve been delivered. After 30 days, a refund and return request will likely not be accepted.
If you are, for whatever reason displeased with your crystal(s), however, nothing is wrong with it(them), you can submit a contact form with your order number and the email address you used when you placed your order, and request a refund. You’ll receive a return address to mail the order back, and your refund will be initiated once the crystal(s) has/have arrived back. Please allow 3 to 7 business days once the crystal has been returned for the refunded money to return to your account. At this point, we will have to ask you to pay the return shipping, unless the circumstances deem otherwise. For this reason, you can request more videos or pictures to see more details of a crystal and or the size of a crystal if you’re interested in a crystal, however, are unsure about it for some reason. Once again, just submit a contact form if you’re wondering about a crystal!
If the crystal was damaged on its way to you being shipped and you’d like to return it: Please submit a contact form with pictures documenting the damage within 24 hours of the delivery date and time. We will request that you mail the pieces back, and we will initiate the refund once the package has arrived back, as outlined above. We will work with you to reimburse you for return shipping if your crystal arrived damaged.
If we make a mistake on our end and send you the wrong crystal or item, or an item is missing, we will, of course, work with you to remedy the situation. Just submit a contact form and explain what’s going on!
